For most healthy adults, yes — and we coach you the whole way. We start gradually and you control the pace. If you're pregnant or have a heart condition, check with your doctor first and let our team know.
Just a swimsuit and yourself. We provide towels, and there are showers and changing areas on site. Come a few minutes early for your first visit so we can give you the tour.
A typical full session runs about 60 minutes — plenty of time to cycle through cold, heat and light. You're never rushed; stay as long as your booking allows.
